What's Valentine's Day if you don't spend a whole Saturday making a box? That's what we do and don't they look wonderful.
We made yummy sugar cookies for dessert on Valentine's Day, also FHE. Double wammie.
My sweet husband brought me home these beautiful roses.

My Winter Escape
This is what winter and being stuck indoors does to me. I need and escape and something to do besides laundry and wiping noses. I saw on a cute blog this molding idea and when it gets in my head, I can't get it out until its done. Andrew helped me hang the boards and the rest was cheesecake. It made a big difference to the look in our living room and we love it.
Aimee and Reflections
This year for Reflections Aimee wrote a poem the night before it was due. Of course we hurried and filled out paperwork the morning of and submitted it. She ended up winning first in her category and the poem was submitted to Region. We went to the assembly and what do we hear, Aimee Scott, yeah she won again!! Woot Woot.
The next month we went back to an assembly for who went to State, and she won Honorable Mention. We were so proud of her and had a fun time going to awards assemblies and her getting a trophy!! Way to be Aimee.

Adam is 7 months already :)
Look how big he is getting. 7 months pasts in a blur when you have a baby. The pregnancy should go just as quick but I love it when they are finally here. At this time Adam can sit up, roll over both ways and is so ready to crawl and keep up with the big kids. He is still wearing his helmet 23 hours a day and we forget how much hair he has until we take it off for his 1 hr. He can't have a hair cut until he is done because it can cause sores. We will ever be grateful for Shields and the help they gave us to make his head round and perfect.
Umm......Dad, I'm still awake!

Christmas 2010
It's our family tradition each year to make a gingerbread house. Every year we buy one and every year it falls down by the end of the hour. No exceptions this year. One day we will do better!
We try hard but the ending results sadly are always broken hearts.
It was her first time and realizing it fell was a shock!
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care......
some were still sleepy and some were......
well, just way excited.
Our poor little Adam was not feeling well. Called the Dr. and almost had to take him in on Christmas. Ended up having a good friend come see him who is a nurse and we woke up the next morning and Adam and I stayed all day at Primary Children's. He had bronchitis and had to be suctioned out and monitored all day.
Love Christmas. Wake up early, open presents and veg all day.....wii was Brian's favorite.
Oh almost forgot....Happy Birthday to me on the 21st. Had a fun day with Andrew home, lunch at my favorite place, the Olive Garden and a yummy cake from a good nurse friend Amber.

Christmas Tree Decorating 2010
We always put up our Christmas tree Thanksgiving weekend and take it down a couple days after Christmas. I can only handle the extra clutter for so long.
As you can see, eventually we finally get it done. It usually takes a couple hours, then we turn off all the lights, crank up the Christmas music, lay down on the floor and look how pretty our master piece turned out.
